Sneakers Based on Haruko’s Vespa from FLCL will be available! Preorders beginning at 10 AM on December 13th (JST)
Tokyo Otaku Mode Inc. (incorporated in Delaware, U.S.; representative: Tomohide Kamei; CEO: Naomitsu Kodaka; herein referred to as TOM) has begun pre-orders for sneakers using the motif of FLCL, an anime series popular in Japan and overseas, at 10 AM on December 13, 2018 (JST).
Sneakers based on the motif of the Vespa scooter used by Haruko Haruhara, one of the main characters featured in FLCL, are now available. Their base color is bright yellow and they are decorated with the “P!” mark and number plate. The red on the back resembles the tail lights.
They not only have a fashionable design, but also have soles that allow for steady walking.
The simplistic, comfortable design of the sneakers captures the characteristics of Haruko’s Vespa and the sneakers are decorated with motifs that can be instantly spotted by fans of the series.
Enjoy your everyday walks with FLCL.

Naota Nandaba, a fifth grader who lives in the suburban city of Mabase, is run over by a mysterious woman on a Vespa. Although Naota believes that there is “nothing amazing in life,” impossible things begin happening from that day on. Naota grows a horn on his head, and then a robot comes out of it.
Haruko, the culprit behind all of this, appears and works as a maid at Naota’s house.
What in the world is she…?
